Jay Z and Beyonce's N89.6billion home

Jay Z and Beyonce have gotten a new house called the Holmby Hills Palace.

It was previously owned by ex-L.A. Dodgers owner, Frank McCourt.

According to reports, the rent is as high as $150k(N29.8m) a month, something this super rich couple can definitely afford.

Built on a 20,000 square feet, this beautiful palace has 5 bedrooms,  6 bathrooms, Gourmet kitchen, Spa & steam room, an indoor Olympic-sized pool complex, outdoor pool with a waterfall and formal gardens.

It is also very spacious with high ceilings, and more than two fireplaces.
