Following that news, reports started circulating online that the family of Ahmed Mayowa have absconded with the money.

Pulse however paid a visit to their home where we met her father and caregiver.

According to her, "We are still here, nobody left the country."

On close inspection nobody is fleeing or preparing to leave. Her caregiver gave us a tour of the home showing us Mayowa's drugs and clothes.

We also went to LUTH to investigate if the accusations were true. Speaking to Ahmed Mayowa Shukurat's sister Ahmed Mariam at LUTH she told Pulse that Toyin Aimakhu's accusations are untrue and unfounded.
