Overeating during iftar

Insha'Allah, today we are going to discuss about over-eating during iftar. With regards to this we will discuss one Hadith recorded by Ahmed, Tirmidhi, Nasai and Ibn Majah.

The Hadith says, I heard Rasul Allah say no human ever filled a vessel worse than the stomach. Sufficient for any son of Adam are some morsels to keep his back straight...

One should not over eat, while breaking the fast, to the point that he fills his stomach. There is no other container that Allah hates, other than a full stomach.
