6 songs you need to hear this week

As the year rounds up, artists are firing off what's left in their arsenal of music, some misses, some hits.

This December, some of the usual suspects have dropped music you can find a good place for in your daily growing playlist.

Olamide - Omo wobe anthem featuring Burna Boy

The YBNL rapper dropped this one on the fans as they anticipate the OLIC 3 concert coming up later December 26, 2016. The song is available for download on iTunes. Watch DJ Enimoney and others dab to the jam.

Tekno - Rara

Still making a buzz with 'Pana', the MMMG singer releases an unusual song in 'Rara', which sees the act go all socially conscious - away from the party tracks.

DJ Maphorisa - Good love ft Wizkid

The 'Soweto baby' collaborators come through again on this one, with Wizkid sounding so good on the hook.

Jinmi Abduls - Golden

This amazing singer deserves to be paid more attention to. He has steadily dropped catchy tunes this year, though he seems to be leaning on romance with all his records so far.

R2Bees - Tonight featuring Wizkid

The Star boy family team up again here on a Legendury beatz production. You know it's going to be something special already after hearing tracks like 'Slow down' and 'More'.

General Pype - 'Gbagbe oshi'

Dancehall maestro 'kills it' on the track, said to be the original cut of Davido's bought version.
