Most of the time we are all almost guilty of buying makeup items on impulse, we see something we like; probably the presentation, colour etc appeal to us and we just buy without actually thinking if we need it/works for us.

When shopping for foundation for instance, Regardless of your skin colour, look for foundations that offer a range of neutral shades for your skin tone (fair, light, light to medium, and so on). watch out for shades that look strongly yellow or have pink/orange overtones, they look artificial and are never flattering
