He spoke on Monday after monitoring the exercise in many immunisation centres across the local government area.

Yusuf said that the state government was committed to the provision of quality health care service, and reiterated commitment to always support polio immunisation programmes.

Malam Aliyu Kubarachi, the Primary Health Care Coordinator of the area, in an interview commended the efforts of the local government to polio immunisation programmes.

He said that counter funding from the local government was always timely and adequate.
