According to relationship coach, Owen Williams, in relationships, we don’t know why we do what we do but we do them and keep getting the same results.

“When you don’t like the results, you actually have to change your behavior and in order to change your behavior, you need honest feedback”.

"It might not be accurate because humans are known to be biased, but with the little you can get, it’s necessary to work with it so you can improve on yourself," Williams says.

In other words, choosing not to know your faults will prevent you from being a better person which isn’t a good thing for your growth and relationship with others.
