Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez is reportedly preparing a staggering offer for Bayern Munich and France star Michael Olise. According to “Sport,” the proposed deal could reach a total value of 223 million euros, potentially surpassing Neymar's record-breaking transfer. In 2017, the Brazilian moved from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain for 222 million euros, which remains the largest transfer fee in football history.

The sum would be structured as 190 million euros upfront, with an additional 33 million euros in performance-related bonuses.

During his recent election campaign, Pérez announced his intention to make the largest offer in Real Madrid's history for a major European star. Initially, reports suggested the figure would be around 150 million euros. However, it appears Real's ambitious president is ready to significantly raise the stakes following two consecutive trophy-less seasons and Barcelona's aggressive activity in the transfer market this summer.
