Mahrez, teammates arrive Nigeria ahead of clash

Algeria take on the Super Eagles of Nigeria on Saturday, November 12 in the matchday two of the qualifiers in Uyo, Nigeria.

The Algerian team has been camped at the National Technical Centre Sidi Moussa since Sunday, November 6 ahead of the clash.

New coach of the side, Georges Leekens has been hit with a series of injuries ahead of the clash.

Tahart, Ghezzal and Hilal Soudani have all withdrawn from the squad because of injuries and three players have been drafted into the squad as a result.

The players are Baghdad Bounedjah, Yassine Benzia and Ismael Bennacer.

Algeria are second in Group B level on point with Cameroon who held them to a 1-1 draw in the opening round of the qualifiers.

Their next opponent, Nigeria lead the group with three points.
