Tourist were beaten away at MFM FC 3-0 in the first game of the season before a 1-1 draw at home to ABS FC and a 1-0 away loss to Rivers United.

Ahead of their home fixture against Wikki Tourist in matchday four, coach Bala has included former Elkanemi Warriors of Maiduguri defensive midfielder, Lukas Yahaya and former Kaduna United attacking midfielder, Peter Momoh in his squad.

Ahead of the game, coach Bala has assured fans that the results will soon start improving for the side.

“Everyone is worried back at home and as well as our supporters here in Lokoja, but we assure you that everything has been put in place to start winning our games,” Bala said in a statement by the club.

“We had a good match in Port-Harcourt against Rivers United, we did our best to get at least a draw but we couldn’t cancel out the first half goal united scored”, he said.
