The NFF in April signed a deal with sportswear giant Nikewhich will see them kitting Nigeria football national teams till 2018 or beyond.

The Amaju Pinnick led federation has however written a strong-worded protest letter to the USA-based international kit sponsor, Nike, over the omission of the NFF official logo on the sets of jersey the Dream Team VI currently in Senegal for the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations which is also the CAF Olympic Games qualifier tournament.

The Samson Siasia boys played with a blank jersey without the NFF logo.

Even though team’s media officer, Timi Ebikagboro, playdown the absence of the logo and assured that it will be put back in the jersey for the Dream Team’s second group game against Egypt, the NFF reportedly have sent a letter to Nike to explain the mistakes.
