Amaju Pinnick's legitimacy was brought to the fore by an irreconcilable Chris Giwa who hell bent, would not stop on either ruining Nigerian football or saving it from whatever, according to him, drags its progress.

The Jos High Court which started this conundrum sat on Thursday; arguments from the two factions could likely determine where the gavel bangs.

Amaju Pinnick's NFF argues that Giwa went against statutes that he himself is a signatory to by bringing the matter to a civil court while Giwa's side argue that any law which inhibits a local from seeking justice when it can only be gotten from a civil court,  is a direct contravention to the constitution of the federal republic of Nigeria.

An intelligent argument may have swayed the court's decision to throw out the case,  all ears and eyes focus on FIFA on or before October 31st, is that it is not rubbished and by that implication, Amaju Pinnick is allowed to act without interference.
