Full-back Tedesco was an unstoppable force early on, setting up Kevin Naiqama for the opening try with a stunning pass, before crossing himself following a well-weighted grubber from Luke Brooks in the 14th minute.

He threw the final pass for Pat Richards' first try moments later and had a hand in the veteran's second on the half-hour.

Dragons had the final say of the half when Dane Nielsen scored two minutes before the interval to make it 20-4 at half-time and a Richards penalty was the only score of a dour second half at Campbelltown Stadium.

The result ensured Tigers have won their first two games of the season for the first time in seven years, while the Dragons have slumped to back-to-back defeats.
