Flagship Lumia 950 XL smartphone launched

In addition to the host of devices that were announced at Microsoft’s New York event yesterday is the Lumia 950’s bigger twin, the Lumia 950 XL.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 XL has a larger display than the Lumia 950 with a 5.7-inch Gorilla Glass AMOLED display with a Quad HD resolution of 2560x1440pixels.

It is powered by a slightly faster Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage, and a microSD slot.

The Lumia 950 XL feature the same cameras as the Lumia 950 with 4G LTE support, as well as Bluetooth, USB Type-C but with a larger 3340 mAh battery and Window 10 Mobile.

The new Lumia 950 XL will also go on sale next month, just like the Lumia 950.
