Mayweather will be facing Andre Berto on Saturday, September 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The five-weight world champion, who will defend his WBC and WBA welterweight titles against compatriot Berto at the MGM Grand, says he does not need to fight on to prove his greatness and vows to quit after the bout.

"Once and for all, there will be no 50th fight for me," Mayweather said before paying compliment to Pacquiao who he defeated to stretch his unbeaten run to 48.

When Mayweather was asked who the best fighter will be when he retires, he said: "Manny Pacquiao."

"We can't take that away from Pacquiao, he is a great fighter. He is a great world champion and he is my toughest opponent," Mayweather added.

'When I'm done, after all he has done, he will be the best left. Others may come up behind us and there are some very good young fighters. But it takes more than that to be the best in the world.

"It takes personality. It takes experience. It takes achievement."
