According to Fabrizio Romano, the Citizens' plan is for the talented youngster to remain at Lille for another season, with a potential move to Manchester next summer.

At least four clubs are currently in talks for Bouadi, though Paris Saint-Germain is not among them, the transfer expert added. In recent weeks, Liverpool, Manchester United, Arsenal, Real Madrid, and Bayern Munich were all rumored to be interested in the prodigious talent.

Lille is reportedly seeking a minimum of 70 million euros for Bouadi, with additional bonuses that could push the total fee to 100 million.

The 18-year-old midfielder was one of the breakout stars of the 2026 World Cup, having chosen to represent Morocco over France. He started in three of the Atlas Lions' four matches, including yesterday's Round of 16 clash against the Netherlands.
