6. They help their followers find their place, and fit into the group’s vision.

7. They serve their followers humbly, understanding that everyone longs to be given some attention.

8. They do what is right no matter what they are up against.

9. They dare to be different. They stand out from the pack.

10. They always ask the question why? They know that the man, who knows WHY, will be the boss of the man that knows HOW.
