Watch Super Eagles forward score for Manchester City in Capital One Cup win

Super Eagles forward Kelechi Iheanacho scored for Manchester City in their Capital One Cup 4-1 win over Hull City on Tuesday, December 1.

Wilfried Bony opened the scoring for City in the 12th minute pouncing on a rebound after Kevin de Bryune's shot hit the bar.

Iheanacho doubled City's lead late in the second half, getting on a cross from Raheem Sterling to turn the ball into the net.

That was Iheanacho's third goal in 11 appearances as he continues to get a run in in the City's first team this season.

De Bruyne scored a brace to complete the rout for City as they qualify for the semi-final of the Capital One Cup.

Robertson scored  a consolation for Hull in added time.

In other games, Middlesbrough lost 0-2 at home to Everton while  Stoke beat SheffieldWednesday 2-0.

Southampton will host Liverpool in the remaining quarter-final clash this evening.
