Hillary Clinton, Democratic party 2016 presidential candidate has also shown support to the 14-year-old muslim student who was arrested for inventing a digital clock.

She stated via twitter that "Assumptions and fear don't keep us safe, they hold us back. Ahmed, stay curious and keep building."

Ahmed Mohamed, muslim and a ninth grade student of MacArthur High School in Irving Texas was arrested and sent to juvenile detention on Monday for  bringing a homemade clock to school.

Ahmad who is  an award-winning robotics inventor and tinkerer, said he decided to link a circuit board, power supply and a digital clock display together inside a pencil case for his invention.

He brought the device to school hoping to impress some teachers, but the first one who saw the clock immediately told him "not to show any other teachers."

President Barack Obama president of the United States of America and Mark Zuckerberg CEO of Facebook also showed their support for the 14-year-old outstanding student, and invited him for a discussion

Mark in his facebook post said;

"You’ve probably seen the story about Ahmed, the 14 year old student in Texas who built a clock and was arrested when he took it to school.

Having the skill and ambition to build something cool should lead to applause, not arrest. The future belongs to people like Ahmed.

Ahmed, if you ever want to come by Facebook, I'd love to meet you. Keep building."

Obama via his twitter account said;

"Cool clock, Ahmed. Want to bring it to the White House? We should inspire more kids like you to like science. It's what makes America great."
