State prosecutor to appeal court order to reinstate Zuma corruption charges
President Jacob Zuma looks on as members of Julius Malema's Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) party raise objections before being evicted from Parliament during his question and answer session in Cape Town, South Africa, May 17, 2016.
"I have decided to apply for leave to appeal against the judgment," said the National Director of Public Prosecutions Shaun Abrahams.

The decision by the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) in April 2009 to set aside the charges allowed Zuma to run for president in elections the same month.
