The Nasarawa sector of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) has found the culprit for 74 road accidents in December, last year.

According to the Sector Commander, Mrs Faustina Alegbe, overtaking and speed limit violation led to these accidents.

“There were lots of road crashes in that particular month, about 74 of them are known to the command. The rate was high because it was a festive period.”

She urged road users to avoid accidents by adhering to traffic rules and regulations.

Alegbe added that the command has plans to educate the public on road safety.
