His reckless driving led to a head-on collision with the Osun State-bound 18-seater bus, leading to twelve people dying, and six injured people.
Oladayo Ademoluti, the state commandant of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), has spoken on the accident.
“A good Samaritan put a call across to the command this afternoon to intimate us of the incident and our men moved to the scene of the accident immediately."
