Pastor Ruben Okotie, 38 on Thursday, March 10, 2016 was sentenced to six months imprisonment by a magistrate court in Kwale, Ndokwa West Local Government Area,Delta State for seducing his 13-year-old housemaid, Helen with a red candle.

According to , Helen initially declined the Okotie’s attempt to have sex with her, but Okotie threatened her.

Carl Moeteke, Chief magistrate of the court sentenced Okotie with evidence on a three-count charge of conspiracy, attempted rape, and illicit sexual act.
