"I battled myself..." Vilagoš after European Championship Bronze: I Expected More, Circumstances Change

This European Championship was incredibly tough, from start to finish. I battled myself and ultimately achieved a solid result. Of course, I had hoped for more, but circumstances change.Adriana Vilagoš

I'm focusing on the positives, and that's it. It's still too early for a deep dive into analysis; I have other conclusions for now. Today, we celebrate the medal. I need to rest because I have four more competitions. It's going to be a tight schedule, and I need to recover well, both mentally and physically. I'll use these days to recharge my batteries.Adriana Vilagoš

It was windy, and the temperature wasn't ideal either. Such conditions suit some, but not others. Generally, a lot depends on your form coming into the competition and how your day unfolds. Many factors influence that.Adriana Vilagoš

Thank you to everyone. I received so many wonderful comments after the qualifiers, and I'm glad people believe in me, both when things are going well and when they're not. The most important thing is to have people who appreciate our hard work. This is just the tip of the iceberg, what's visible. However, the effort we put in often goes unseen, and we're grateful when people acknowledge it. My sincere thanks to all.Adriana Vilagoš
