A 26-year-old man has been charged with Walsh's murder, South Australia Police have confirmed.

AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan revealed the Crows' hosting of the Cats on Sunday would not go ahead with the two teams splitting the points.

The rest of the weekend's games will be played.

Emergency services were called to a house in Somerton Park after 02:00 local time (14:00 GMT) in South Australia on Friday, but 55-year-old Walsh died at the scene.
