Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, on Thursday, July 30, 2015, revealed that he had once been a commercial bus driver, aka “danfo driver”.

Fayose said further that he had used the proceeds from the “job” to pay for his polytechnic studies.

Nigerians have responded to the governor’s revelation via Twitter with many saying they’re not surprised that the governor was once a “danfo” driver.
