The UK-based food blogger shared tips on how to make the perfect jollof rice. Check it out below:

  • Stir the steam out of it if the grains are still sticking together with a wooden spoon in quick circular motions. Be sure to leave it open. If you don't the collective heat will make the grains even more soggy.
  • Leave for 5 minutes after which the grains will be falling off individually without sticking together.
