Payat joined West Ham at the beginning of the season and had a good start to life in England. The France international has 9 league goals and 10 assists to aid West Ham’s impressive run this season.

At West Ham’s end of season the 29-year-old took home five awards-Players' Player of the Year, Signing of the Season, Top Goalscorer and the Goal of the Season award for his free-kick against Crystal Palace last month.

The forward and his teammates were all booted and suited for the award ceremony.

Reece Oxford won Younger Hammer of the year, while Declan Rice was named the academy player of the year.

Reserve goalkeeper Darren Randolph picked up Save of the Year for his triple stop in the 2-1 FA Cup fourth round victory against Liverpool.

Team Performance of the Year was awarded for the fight-back from 2-1 down to win 3-2 at Everton in March, while individual performance of the year went to Michael Antonio for his match-winning display in the 1-0 win over Tottenham in March.

To mark West Ham's move away from the Boleyn Ground to the Olympic Stadium next season, Paulo Di Canio’s volley against Wimbledon in 2000 was named the best goal scored at the stadium.
