Diamond Platnumz wows crowd at the MTV Africa Music Awards (MAMA) 2016 held on October 22, 2016 in South Africa.

The singer performed his song ‘Kidogo’ featuring Psquare giving a thrilling performance with his dance crew all in a yellow colourful attire.
The Bongo Flava recording artist was nominated at the award show for Best Male Artist and Artist of the Year, but lost out to Wizkid in both categories.
The fan favourite artiste was however a winner at the AFRIMA 2016 awards winning Song of the Year for ‘Utanipenda’, Best African Pop Artiste and Best Male Artiste, Eastern Africa.
