Justice Tsoho restrained the respondents, AIT and NTA until the hearing and determination of the applicant’s motion.

The case was adjourned to March 13.

The professor of Law had alleged that the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) had been using and sponsoring defamatory documentaries against him on AIT and NTA.

It would be recalled that APC leader Bola Ahmed Tinubu, instituted a libel suit against AIT for airing the documentary which he deemed defamatory “in all aspects”.
