You may have wondered if God cares or if He even knows what you are going through, if He feels or understands your pain, struggles, and fustrations.

Today, the Bible tells us that our Father, in Heaven, knows EXACTLY what is going on.

Hebrews 4:13 confirms this, "And no creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account."

It gets even better.

Not only does He know, He has also experienced the difficulties of life, through His son, Jesus Christ.

Jesus had a really tough life, he went through everything from living in poor conditions, to accusations from religious leaders, rejection, betrayal, physical pain, and finally death, on the cross.

Isaiah 53:3-4 says, "He was despised and forsaken of men, A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; And like one from whom men hide their face He was despised, and we did not esteem Him. Surely our griefs He Himself bore, And our sorrows He carried; Yet we ourselves esteemed Him stricken, Smitten of God, and afflicted."

God knows everything, and He wants to help.

1 Peter 5:7 - "Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about what happens to you."
