Waitress slaps man for complaining about her

29-year-old Truc Hyunh has been arrested after she assaulted a customer who complained of bad service at the restaurant where she worked.

The mother of 5 also threatened police officers with a knife and kicked them as well while they were trying to take her into custody.

The incident occurred at a Vietnamese restaurant where Hyunh worked and she was said to have a history of problems.

She was charged with felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanor resisting arrest and obstructing an officer.
