See renowned author's look for the GWN Awards

Nigerian award winning writer, Chimamanda Adichie was looking super trendy at the GirlsWriteNow (GWN) Awards in New York City.

She rocked a short purple ball gown, and one of her unique headpieces and layered, bead necklace, all paired with a block pattern, black and white pump with a touch of pink.

Chimamanda has admitted to designing her own clothes and if this is one of hers, she's definitely doing a great job.
