Speaking during the service rounding up the church’s family week, Pastor Idowu explained that as the government has tried fruitlessly to stop the spate of Book Haram attacks in the North and to rescue the girls, it is time for Nigerians to put the problems in God’s hands.

He also revealed that the constant teaching of love and peace in churches and families will bring about unity and harmony in the country. He also advised Nigerians to uphold family values and shun violence which is never the answer.
