President Muhammadu Buhari meets with All Progressives Congress (APC) members of the House of Representatives on Monday, July 27, 2015.
Buhari met with the reps in a bid to resolve the National Assembly leadership crisis which has rocked the APC since June.

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Monday, July 27, 2015, met with All Progressives Congress (APC) members of the House of Representatives.

The meeting is however said to have ended in a deadlock as both the Yakubu Dogara faction and the Femi Gbajabiamila faction refused to back down.
The crisis began when Dogara emerged Speaker after contesting despite Gbajabiamila being chosen as the APC’s sole candidate.
