‘Sect’s reign of terror will soon be over,’ Buhari assures Nigerians

President Muhammadu Buhari has assured Nigerians that Boko Haram’s reign of terror will soon be over.

Buhari also promised that the military onslaught on Boko Haram will continue till total victory is achieved.

The president gave the assurance on Wednesday, September 23, 2015, as part of his Eid-el-Kabir message.

“Boko Haram’s reign of terror in parts of the country will be finally over very soon as the ongoing military onslaught against the terrorist sect will continue relentlessly until total victory is achieved,” Buhari said.

Buhari has given the Nigerian military three months to defeat the sect.
