The Nigerian Army has said that it has arrested some members of the Boko Haram sect in Lagos State.

This was disclosed on Monday, November 30, 2015, by the General Officer Commanding (GOC) 81 Division, Major General Isidore Edet, according to The Sun.
Edet is said to have made the revelation after decorating 12 newly promoted officers attached to the division.
He said further that the arrested terrorists had fled the troubled North-East and were plotting to continue their evil activities in the South.
Edet also said that the suspects were currently being investigated in a bid to fish out other members of the sect.
