The 2016 Billboard Music Awards was held on Sunday, May 22, 2016, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, with a teeming population of music stars.
Late music superstar, Prince, was recognised by fellow musicians as they came to the podium to receive their awards.
R&B sensation, The Weeknd, was the first to do this as he dedicated his first award for the night to the late music star.
