The visual album which had first been released on Jay Z's Tidal on Saturday, April 23, 2016, now occupies the number one spot on iTunes.

"Lemonade" had made its way to the top spot, yesterday, April 25, 2016, as the rave of the visuals as well as the songs, continue to spread.

Of course, the album has also made giant strides on the controversy front as the songs of the album addressed issues in Beyonce's life ranging from cheating rumours to her tragic miscarriage.
