Arsenal extended their stay at the top of the table with a 3-1 win against arch-rivals Tottenham in the North London Derby last weekend. Thomas Partey, Gabriel Jesus, Granit Xhaka were on the scoresheet, as Spurs’ Emerson Royal received his marching orders for a foul on Gabriel Martinelli.

The Gunners followed their derby win with a 3-0 victory against Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League, making it four consecutive wins across all competitions for Mikel Arteta’s side.

Arsenal have won just one of their last 14 EPL meetings with Liverpool, losing the last four in a row. The Gunners are also on a run of 13 EPL games without a clean sheet against the Reds, conceding 39 goals in that period.

Having won in their last two league visits to the Emirates, Jurgen Klopp’s side will be looking to get three consecutive league wins for the first time away at Arsenal.

Emile Smith Rowe and Mohamed Elneny are the only confirmed absentees for the Gunners, with both players out with muscle injuries.

Midfielders Naby Keita, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Arthur and Curtis Jones are all out for the Reds through varying injuries, while Andy Robertson is still a week from returning from his knee injury.

Arsenal vs Liverpool betting tip

Arsenal win & Goal-Goal @ 4.25 on Bet9ja

Arsenal have been in blistering form this season, while Liverpool have stuttered. The Gunners have a chance to show that they can win against the top sides, and given Liverpool’s mixed form, Arteta’s side are the favorites going into this one.

However, we think both teams will score goals (1.48 on Bet9ja) regardless of who wins, as Arsenal have failed to keep a clean sheet at the Emirates while Liverpool have kept just two clean sheets in the league this season.
