In a report by BBC Sport Joshua noted that he will be glad if the retired boxer can share some of his experiences as a professional boxer with him.

He added, “I’d appreciate it if we just sat down as gentlemen, and he gave me some experience he’s learned from over the years.”

The 27-year-old Joshua, knocked out Klitschko at Wembley Stadium in April, 2017 and had hoped they would fight again in Las Vegas on November 11, 2017 before the 41-year-old Ukrainian announced his retirement earlier this month.

Joshua once said “In my heart of hearts I kind of knew he probably wouldn’t fight again,” said Joshua.
