Paraguayan international winger Miguel Almirón has been handed a one-match ban, becoming the first player to be sent off for covering his mouth while speaking to an opponent on the pitch.

Almirón committed the infraction when addressing Mert Muldur during Paraguay's 1-0 victory over Turkey last Friday, resulting in a direct red card.
FIFA's disciplinary committee confirmed the sanction on Tuesday, ruling the former Newcastle player out of Paraguay's final group stage match against Australia on Thursday.
The new rule was approved at the world football governing body's congress in April.
