Nigeria’s representative to the forthcoming 2014 Africa Women Championship, The Super Falcons risk disqualification from the tournament if FIFA does not categorically lift the suspension and readmit Nigeria into the football community before tomorrow July 19.
The draw for the 9 edition of the Africa Women Championship (AWC) will hold on July 19, in Windhoek, Namibia; once the teams are drawn into groups without Nigeria’s fate decided before then, then the Falcons should bid the tournament goodbye.

CAF yesterday postponed the U-17 AYC qualifier match between Nigeria and Congo due to the current issue rocking Nigerian football, but Paul Bassey says they should not expect such a reprieve from FIFA again:
Nigeria beat Rwanda females 12-1 on aggregate before finally sealing qualification and if the situation stand so till tomorrow, Nigeria will be replaced by Rwanda.
It is still uncertain what is happening in the Nigerian football house, as at the last report, the president, Aminu Maigari and his board members were nowhere to be found save for some armed men within the secretariat.
