Coming after the style statements from 2015 MET Gala is the 68th annual Cannes film festival which kicked off yesterday, Wednesday May 14th 2015 with a formal opening ceremony and trust your favourite celebrities to bring all the glitz.

Notable celebrities stepped out in designer frocks with Lupita Nyong'O a 'breaking the internet' with her exquisite emerald green Gucci look with others including Liya Kebede in a fierce short Louis Vuitton masterpiece.

Karlie Kloss wore a futuristic Atelier Versace piece, Naomi Watts in Elie Saab, Julianne Moore in a feathered Armani Prive masterpiece, Sienna Miller in Balenciaga shone bright as they lit up the event. Those remain favourites at the event.
