NFL players react to Seattle Seahawks' play-calling

The Seahawks made a questionable call late in the fourth quarter.

With one of the greatest running backs in the NFL, Marshawn Lynch, in the backfield, the Seahawks decided to throw from the one-yard line instead.

Malcolm Butler intercepted the pass and the Patriots sealed a 28-24 win, and everyone had an opinion.

Former Dallas Cowboys and Arizona Cardinals running back Emmitt Smith: "That was the worst play call I've seen in the history of football."

Carolina Panthers running back Jonathan Stewart: "Wow why not let @MoneyLynch win the game."

Buffalo Bills running back CJ Spiller: "WOW you have the best back n you throw the ball."

New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr: "Marshawn Lynch...."

New York Jets defensive end Sheldon Richardson: "U have a running back named beast mode n u line up in shotgun formation n throw the ball on 1 yr line...the real MVP IS SEATTLE OC."

Former Denver Bronco and Baltimore Raven Shannon Sharpe: "2nd dwn, Beast Mode running gr8 and you throw a pass on the 3 yd line. That's a terrible play call. #Awful."

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith: "Gotta give that to Marshawn though...every down...even if you lose you can't be mad."
