Presidential Election Petition Tribunal sitting has moved the hearing of the petition by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) against President-elect Bola Tinubu to Thursday, May 11, 2023.

Justice Haruna Tsammani ordered the party and all respondents in the petition to identify major issues for consideration ahead of the hearing.
The judge added that all applications will be determined during the next pre-hearing session.
