Gunmen assassinate Governor’s aide, Igbana Denen
The Senior Special Assistant to Benue State Governor, Samuel Ortom on Security Matters, Hon Igbana Denen was killed in his home at about 2:30am on Friday, May 20, 2016.

Denen was killed in his home at about 2:30am on Friday, May 20, 2016, according to Daily Post.
Details of the incident are still sketchy and it is yet to be confirmed by security agents in the state.
