When discuss...debate, and I get his thoughts, I would always tell, 'I will go back and articulate a memo and action plan for you,” El-Rufai added in reaction to a leaked memo in which he criticized the president for his administration’s failings.

El-Rufai added that even if Buhari decided not to seek re-election, he would expectedly have a say in who the All Progressives Congress (APC) nominates as its candidate.
