According to the Premium Times News, a 3-man panel on Thursday, February 21, 2019, led by Justice Abdul Aboki decided that the ruling given at the high court lacked jurisdiction.
Court of Appeal permits APC candidates in Zamfara to partake in 2019 elections
In January, the candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State, were told that they cannot participate in the 2019 polls following a ruling by a Federal High Court, now the Court of Appeal in Abuja, has ruled the decision as invalid.

“The suit is hereby struck out for lack of want of jurisdiction on the part of the lower court. The judgement of the lower court is hereby set aside,” a verdict given by the Court of Appeal confirmed.
