Party appoints Abiola’s daughter, 2 other youth members into its Board of Trustees

The All Progressives Congress (APC), has appointed three youth members into its Board of Trustees (BoT).

This was disclosed on Friday, July 3, by one of the appointees, Rinsola Abiola, via Twitter.

Rinsola is the daughter of late Moshood Kashimawo Olawale (MKO) Abiola  and his wife, Titi.

“Hello, all. I, Rinsola Abiola, have just been officially appointed as a member of the #APC Board of Trustees. #YouthInclusion,” she tweeted.

The other two appointees have been named as Ismaeel Ahmed and Jasper Azuatulam.

This is the first time a Nigerian political party has included youth members in its Board of Trustees.

Meanwhile, the APC held a National Executive Council meeting on July 3 to resolve the National Assembly leadership crisis rocking the party.
